23 มกราคม 2566 เวลา 09.00 น. นายกำพล สายลาด นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง เป็นประธานประชุมประจำเดือนผู้บริหาร พนักงานส่วนตำบล พนักงานจ้างและลูกจ้างองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง ณ ห้องประชุมสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง โดยมีผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าส่วน พนักงานส่วนตำบล พนักงานจ้าง และลูกจ้างองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง เข้าร่วมประชุม ทั้งนี้เพื่อมอบนโยบายในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ปัญหา อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงาน และข้อราชการเรื่องอื่นๆ รวมทั้งได้ให้นโยบายและความรู้ในเรื่อง “นโยบาย No Gift Policy จากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่” ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้บุคลากรองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง รับทราบแนวทาง DOs & Don’ts ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ทำให้บุคลากรในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง มีคุณธรรมสุจริต บุคลากรทุกคนงดรับของขวัญ และของกำนัลในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ทุกกรณี เป็นการปลุกจิตสำนึกการทำงานด้วยใจบริการ การสร้างวัฒนธรรมความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตให้เกิดขึ้นอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในองค์กร ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานทางจริยธรรมในหัวข้อซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีจิตสำนึกที่ดี และรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
