24 พฤศจิกายน 2565 เวลา 09.00 น. นายกำพล สายลาด นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุมประชาคมท้องถิ่นระดับตำบล (ภายใต้โครงการการทยทวนและจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น) ณ โดมอเนกประสงค์องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลห้วยขะยุง โดยมีคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงานส่วนตำบล ลูกจ้าง ให้ข้อมูล และรับฟังความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในตำบล ซึ่งมีหน่วยงานราชการในพื้นที่ กำนัน/ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน สมาชิกสภา ผู้นำชุมชน กลุ่ม องค์กรต่างๆ ตลอดจนประชาชนตำบลห้วยขะยุง ร่วมประชุมประชาคมในครั้งนี้ ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการรับฟังความคิดเห็น จัดเก็บข้อมูล สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของประชาชนและในชุมชน เพื่อนำข้อมูล ปัญหาความต้องการ มาดำเนินการพิจารณาแก้ไขปัญหาในระดับตำบลและบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันกับหน่วยงาน ส่วนราชการต่างๆในเขตพื้นที่ตำบล เพื่อนำโครงการและกิจกรรมเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการสนับสนุนการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและคณะกรรมการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น เพื่อนำไปจัดทำเป็นร่างแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น (พ.ศ.2566-2570) และเพิ่มเติม ครั้งที่3/2565 ต่อไป ซึ่งภายในงาน มีหน่วยงานราชการในพื้นที่ได้พบประชาชน แนะนำภารกิจและข้อมูลข่าวสารในหน่วยงาน รวมทั้งแต่ละกองในอบต.ให้บริการและคำแนะนำในแต่ละงาน
